The members of the board are elected for 3 year terms. These positions within the Association should not be confused with Officers of the Association. Officers are elected by the Board of Directors themselves after the Annual Meeting from amongst themselves - members have no vote in that matter. Directors who hold also holds and Officers position may change from year to year. The column marked as "Position #" is a proposed reference to aid specificity to a particular elected role on the Board of Directors (to make the term 'position' legal the members would need to amend the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.).
